Terms and Conditions

Return and Refund Policy

14-Day Return & Refund Policy (Defective or Damaged Merchandise Only)

At Discount Finders Pros, we take pride in the quality of our products and aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If you receive merchandise that is defective or damaged, we are happy to help you with a return or replacement.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged merchandise.
     
  • You must contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order to request a return.
     
  • Items must be unused and returned in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
     

Return Authorization (RMA) Required

  • Before returning any item, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
     
  • To request an RMA, please email us at ebaynycorp@gmail.com or contact customer support at 332.215.1702 with your order number and a description of the issue (including photos, if applicable).
     
  • Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
     

Return Process

  1. Request an RMA within 14 days of receiving your order.
     
  2. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and an RMA number.
     
  3. Ship the item back to us, including the RMA number clearly on the packaging.
     
  4. After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or replacement.
     

Refunds

  • If the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged, a full refund or replacement will be issued.
     
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the return is received and approved.
     

Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges on items

Non-Returnable Items

  • Returns for reasons other than damage or defects are not accepted.
     
  • We do not accept returns beyond the 14-day window.
